Mapi Hermida

Born and raised in Madrid, Mapi Hermida is the creative force behind La Gastrónoma, one of Spain’s most influential gastronomic brands. With over 100,000 followers, a successful podcast, regular media appearances, and her own book, Mapi is a leading voice in Spanish food culture.
She holds a degree in Journalism from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and postgraduate studies in business and digital communication from IE and ISDI, including international training in Australia. Her career spans more than 20 years in top consumer brands such as Heineken, L’Oréal, Grupo Día, and Air France, as well as a background in teaching and strategic communication.
Mapi’s passion for food goes beyond the plate — she explores the emotional and cultural layers of gastronomy. Recognized among Spain’s top women in the food sector, she’s known for her ability to uncover hidden stories, connect people with authentic flavors, and define trends. As La Gastrónoma, she offers a unique blend of storytelling, expertise, and heart.

Abraham Martín

Abraham Martin has been passionate about travel and gastronomy since a very young age, when he began discovering the most delightful corners of Spain and the world with his family. This passion for the restaurant industry has been closely tied to his professional development ever since he completed his university studies in the UK, becoming a leader in marketing and product development at multinational companies such as McDonald’s, KFC, and The Fork (TripAdvisor Group), among others.
In addition, he has extensive experience in the travel and travel experiences sector, having led global projects at companies like Civitatis and Pangea The Travel Store, which have helped him design and deliver memorable experiences for clients and tourists.
Abraham has a deep understanding of food trends, customer experience, and digital ecosystems. His strategic mindset and passion for gastronomy ensure every experience we offer is not only authentic but professionally crafted and flawlessly executed.
