“An evening of luxury: boutique wine bar + modern Spanish dining”

- We began at a boutique wine shop in Chamberí for a private Spanish wine tasting — 5 wines from different regions (Txakoli, Albariño, Garnacha, Tempranillo, and a sweet Moscatel) with cheese and charcuterie pairing.
- Then, we walked to a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant, where a custom 5-course tasting menu awaited:
  - Tomato tartare with pickled mussels
  - Iberian pork cheeks with parsnip purée
  - Wild mushroom risotto
  - Slow-cooked egg with truffle foam
  - Chocolate ganache with smoked salt
- The evening ended with a surprise gift and digestif from the restaurant’s sommelier — a sweet touch that made the experience unforgettable.
